Ciara- Body Party Remix Ft. Future & B.O.B

Ciara- Body Party Remix Ft. Future & B.O.B

Sometimes a remix ends up being worst than the original and unfortunately this seems to be the case with this revamped version of CiCi's latest single. The presence of Future and B.O.B isn't truly felt and just feels like unnecessary fluff. Perhaps an MC like Fab or Wale would've been a good feature here.

Kelly Rowland- Dirty Laundry

Kelly Rowland- Dirty Laundry

If the world wasn't anticipating the release of Kelly Rowland's upcoming album Talk A Good Game, they certainly will be now. Kelly's latest single Dirty Laundry is so brutally honest about her envy of Beyonce and abusive relationships that you can't help but want to hear what else is in her closet. We haven't heard an artist successfully bare the dark details of a close friendship like this since Kanye West's Big Brother.

The Dream- High Art Ft. Jay-z

The Dream- High Art Ft. Jay-z

Shockingly, High Art is the first official collaboration between Jay-z and The Dream though Hov has often featured ad-libs and lyrics from Terius on his rap records (i.e No Church In The Wild, No Hook). This one will take a few spins to grow on you, and while it isn't a smash hit this is definitely something to ride out to.

Mariah Carey- Beautiful Ft. Miguel

Mariah Carey- Beautiful Ft. Miguel

Mariah Carey makes a triumphant return to the music scene with a suprising duet with everyone's favorite R&B vocalist Miguel. While Carey's signature vocal rifts are a bit absent here, this tune should definitely stick on contemporary radio.

Lauryn Hill-Neurotic Society (Compulsory Mix)

Lauryn Hill is still the greatest female lyricist walking the earth, and while the roll-out for Neurotic Society isn't ideal this is more than apparent here. To put it in her own words, "Here is a link to a piece that I was ‘required’ to release immediately, by virtue of the impending legal deadline."

Busta Rhymes-Twerk It

Busta Rhymes-Twerk It

Busta Rhymes has been known to re-invent himself from generation to generation and now he leans on carribean influences to create a booming dance tune alongside Pharell. Being that Snoop Dogg recently made the transition into reggae, this feels a little copy-cat ish but it knocks hard nonetheless.
